Often feel very breatheless.
Much worst when i stayed up entire night and the next day, i will get sick/ feel sick.
The same goes to yesterday too, i was damm tired cause of the sleepless night bec of integraded proj. For the entire night, i didn't sleep.
yesterday, slept when i got home, whole body felt so hot, then wokeup nt feeling well.
At night, when i wanted to sleep..
After few minutes, i felt like my heart's beating very slowly...
slower and slower.. Then i open my eyes, can't move. Body feels numb & i couldn't rly breathe.
At that time, was thinking am i dying? Why can't i move!?
My whole body like so weak that kind of feeling.
Then idk what i am thinking, just trying to force myself, and out of a sudden i just situp.
& it happens like few times before i cn get to sleep ):
Happens more when i stayedup for work entire night.
Cannot take it.
